Founder of Over & Out Hub
A clearer path from ideas to a space that feels like yours.
Zeyad El Sayed is the founder of Over & Out Hub, an interior design brand built around a simple idea: creating a more thoughtful, collaborative, and clearly defined design experience.
Through Over & Out Hub, Zeyad aims to make interior design more approachable by helping clients turn their ideas, preferences, and everyday needs into a considered design direction for their spaces.
Whether someone is planning a new home, refreshing an existing interior, or exploring possibilities for a property, the goal is to make the design journey easier to understand, from the first conversation to the final agreed deliverables.
A well-designed space is about more than how it looks. It is about how people live, move, work, and feel within it.
This belief shapes the approach behind Over & Out Hub. Rather than treating interior design as a collection of visual choices, the brand focuses on understanding the client's priorities, the purpose of the space, and the practical considerations that influence the final design.
The aim is to bring greater clarity to the process, helping clients explore ideas, make informed decisions, and develop a design direction that reflects their needs and personal style.
At Over & Out Hub, the design journey begins with understanding the space and the people who will use it.
Every project has its own requirements, priorities, and constraints. A family home may need a balance between comfort and functionality, while a property investment may call for a more focused visual direction.
By starting with the client's goals and agreeing on the project scope from the beginning, Over & Out Hub aims to create a collaborative process with clear expectations and defined deliverables.
This approach brings together creativity, practical thinking, and communication throughout the design journey.
